Technical Support Specialist
Provide onsite and remote desktop/server support for end-users for our clients.
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems by monitoring systems and responding as required to ensure continuous computer support to the site.
Respond to escalated incidents as well as telephone calls, email, and chat requests for technical support from end-users.
Provide and is responsible for computer peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and telephones.
Monitor systems and respond as required to ensure continuous computer support.
Assist others in setup, testing, maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting of equipment using established procedures.
Assist in the installation and answer routine questions related to hardware and software and be active in various IT-related projects/tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: 1 -2 years experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
Desktop support: 1 year (preferred)
Windows: 1 year (preferred)
